This is a creamy, rich, smooth peanut butter cheesecake done right! The cheesecake is used in this recipe more for body and fullness, and gives a great mouthfeel. It's hard to come up with a cheesecake that isn't overwhelming or smell like Al Bundy's feet. LOL! This makes a great "shake 'n' vape". I did add custard to it so, if you want to wait 1-2 weeks for a steep go ahead, but peanut butter loses it luster real quick. I suggest a 2 day steep and enjoy.
I wasn't able to add 2 ingredients to the list, so don't forget to add these to the recipe:
(Capella) Peanut Butter @ 3% or 0.3 mL or 0.33g for every 10 mL.
The Flavor Apprentice (TPA) Cheesecake (Graham Crust) @ 3.5% or 0.35 mL or 0.36 g for every 10 mL.
If you don't add (CAP) Peanut Butter, I know it wouldn't taste as creamy and rich with just the (TPA) Peanut Butter. Also, Cheesecake (Graham Crust) is a must have for any DIYer, so I'm sure many of you have it.
