Our number one priority is to ensure we get you your orders as quickly as humanly possible.
As of April 27th, all packages that are eligible for free shipping are being shipped with Canpar and are experiencing no delays to what the estimated delivery time is. (Next business day to most destinations).
If you are shipping to a P.O Box, we will automatically ship the order with Canada Post, which is experiencing a 6-10 day delay on packages.
Some of our fulfillment locations have early CANPAR pick-ups, so the same-day cut off for these locations is 10AM EST.
Please note that CANPAR drivers will not go up to your apartment. If your building does not have a concierge, they will leave a notice for you to pick up at the nearest smart-pickup center. If you prefer to have it delivered to a mailbox or a post office, choose Canada Post at the checkout.
If for whatever reason you still want to use Canada Post, you can choose Canada Post as your shipping method on the checkout page.
All carriers have removed their delivery guarantees due to COVID-19. Choosing XpressPost or Priority for Canada Post will not arrive any quicker.
We have added UPS and DHL options for US-bound and international-bound packages that are also arriving much quicker. Canada Post shipments to the US are currently experiencing 10+ day delays.
