Last August, DashVapes became one of the first e-liquid manufacturers in Canada to be ISO 9001:2015 Certified - We did not stop there, over the past 6 months, we have worked hard to ensure our processes are improved even further, and today we are proud to announce that we are officially GMP Certified, as well the only e-liquid manufacturer in Canada to be HACCP certified.

What does this mean?

GMP stands for Good Manufacturing Practices, it ensures that there are systems in place that assure proper design, monitoring, and control of manufacturing processes and facilities.

DashVapes being GMP certified means that your bottle of e-liquid comes out the same every single time you purchase it, with the same amount of each ingredient; every. single. time.

HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) Certification is an international standard that defines the requirements for effective control of food safety. Its purpose is to isolate Critical Control Points. Being HACCP certified shows our commitment to the safe manufacturing of our products. Although HACCP is often used in food manufacturing; E-Liquid manufacturing often has similar hazards present.

We take our production to heart, and we strive to ensure that each product that leaves our facilities is consistent, reliable, and traceable. We manufacture in an ISO7 class laboratory, purpose-built for manufacturing e-juice. We fill and bottle in an ISO8 class laboratory, also purpose-built for filling / mixing e-juice.
